Chartwell Young Leaders Sock Drive
Chartwell Young Leaders at Chartwell Golf and Country Club has partnered up with Threaded Cross Sock Ministry to host a sock drive through the month of December benefiting Arundel House of Hope. Socks are the #1 requested and least donated item to those in need. You can help us collect new white crew socks by going to the St. Michael/St Clement sock drive webstore below.
100% of $1 socks purchased on this page will donated to the Young Leaders at Chartwell Golf and Country Club for distribution to those in need at Arundel House of Hope. You can make a monthly or one-time donation. Monthly donations help us manage and plan our sock ministry better than one-time donations.
We are trying to serve 3,000 people a month in the greater Baltimore area. It costs $1 to serve someone.
How many people would you like us to serve for you every month? (You can change your subscription at any time).
We built a sock from the ground-up in the USA to donate to those in need. Socks are a crucial piece of clothing for those in need, most homeless people get-around on foot or public transportation and having a new pair of socks facilitates their ability to be mobile. White crew socks are also preferred by health care professionals to help diagnose early-onset medical issues associated with the foot. If a homeless person is becomes immobile the impact to their lives is monumental and affects everything from their ability to get a hot meal, find shelter, find work or get to a job. Socks are that important.
On behalf of those we donate socks to — THANK YOU!
